Call for
proposals pertaining to making/changing/repealing the Bylaws
As we prepare
for the upcoming Lake Erie Minor Hockey Association Annual General Meeting
(AGM), we would like to remind all LEMHA members of the process for proposing
changes to the Association’s Bylaws.
Any member
wishing to submit proposed changes to the LEMHA Bylaws must do so in
writing, using the correct form, no later than
March 15, 2026 (60 days prior to the AGM). Proposals received
after this date will not be considered.
Proposals may be
submitted using this link https://forms.gle/MtNy7bbuM7aaG5DP8. This form will be the only acceptable
method of submitting a proposal for consideration. Further explanation for
submitting a proposal may be found in our existing bylaws, found here:

Please ensure
your submission clearly outlines the suggested change(s) along with a brief
rationale for each. All properly submitted proposals will be reviewed and
considered as part of the AGM agenda. Proposed changes to the LEMHA Bylaws will
be posted on the website by April 24, 2026.
